In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed effectively and efficiently within the allocated budget and time, ultimately resulting in positive cash flow. This customer-facing position focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance for all assigned projects.Roles and **Oversee overall site management of projects to ensure successful and timely completion within budget and scope as required by the contract.Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to prepare project installation plans and implement job procedures.Supervise Project Specialists, Installers, and subcontractors in the field.Perform managerial responsibilities, including mentoring, coaching, and developing colleagues; planning, assigning, and directing work.Recruit and hire Project Specialists and Installers.Directly manage the performance of all direct reports.Desired Skills and *5+ years of experience as a project manager in a technical environment (e.g., building automation systems, fire alarm systems, electronic security systems) or similar fields.Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.Strong team leadership, team building, and facilitation skills.Experience managing client relationships and communications.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Associate degree in Electronics.Experience in one or more of the following *** electronics, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation.
