Akkodis is seeking a Service Design & Delivery Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Chicago, IL | Richmond, VA | Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry.Rate Range: $65/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Job Summary:We are seeking a Service Design & Delivery Engineer to oversee the delivery of collaboration and productivity solutions within our organization. This role requires strong technical knowledge and process expertise to effectively introduce or modify services while ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and a high-quality user experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end service delivery, risk assessment, user experience testing, and adoption planning.Key Responsibilities:Lead solution-driven discussions, design complex architectural components, and develop creative solutions within operational constraints.Ensure high-quality service delivery, aligning with business requirements and customer satisfaction goals.Oversee program execution, including financials, risks, dependencies, and impediments.Design solutions compliant with risk, financial, and compliance policies.Engage with internal teams and vendors to document dependencies and manage relationships/escalations.Track and mitigate risks by implementing necessary controls before service launch.Conduct and document user experience testing, ensuring smooth user migration and adoption.Develop communication, training, and support materials for service introduction.Drive user adoption through structured methodologies and feedback loops.Manage service desk support model design and documentation.Implement continuous service improvement plans to enhance efficiency and reduce issues.Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience in technology initiatives and solution delivery.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.Ability to interpret technology updates and assess their applicability in a corporate environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and leadership.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio.Bachelor's degree preferred.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
