You will work closely with Business Development to fulfill strategic hiring needs while building strong talent pipelines. The successful candidate is a high performing and experienced technology staffing recruiter who excels at connecting top IT talent with the right career opportunities.Location: Bedford, Chicago, DallasKey responsibilities:Proactively source, screen, and engage highly qualified technology professionals through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreachManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboardingPartner closely with Business Development and hiring teams to understand client needs, job requirements, and hiring prioritiesBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-demand skill sets in IT, software development, cloud, cybersecurity, and other technology sectorsUtilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate interactions, manage talent pipelines, and maintain accurate recordsRepresent Planet Technology professionally and promote our brand as an employer of choice in the tech staffing industryRequired qualifications:3-5 years of recruitment experience in technology staffingProven success in sourcing and placing candidates in IT, software development, or related technical fieldsStrong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry hiring trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clientsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple prioritiesCompensation and benefits: Unlimited PTOComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and moreCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly growing award-winning organizationBase salary: $60,000 - $65,000 and uncapped commission structure*The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success.
