Maintenance Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for their food manufacturing facility in Virginia.Responsibilities:Ensure all resources are being used efficiently and effectivelyEnsure all subordinates are following all laws and guidelines including OSHA, EPA, DHEC, NEC and FDA guidelinesDirect supervisors and mechanics for all maintenance work to be performed Control duration, cost, quality, and thoroughness of all workAssign and direct all PM work ordersEnsure safe work practices are followedOversee skills training and development of employeesConfirm all work is reported through the CMMS dailySupervise, train and develop direct reports. Participate on lean and continuous improvement activities Requirements:BS in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) preferred, but not required10+ years technical experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry* 5 years of Maintenance Management experience CapEx project experienceExperience with preventative/predictive maintenanceExperience managing salaried personnel (supervisors)Strong analytical abilityExcellent communication skillsProven leadership ability Excellent compensation package, including an annual bonus, relocation assistance and strong benefits!
