The PureSpectrum Internship is a paid, part-time 10-12-week program over the course of the summer, offering hands-on experience in Market Research with client services, account management, and sales while delivering meaningful customer experiences.We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Services intern to join our growing departments. This internship, beginning in June, will allow you to build your critical knowledge and skills across various responsibilities, including project management, survey testing, sample management, and reporting.Throughout the internship, you are invited to participate in events that will expose you to leadership and provide development opportunities. Interns who demonstrate outstanding performance and a curiosity to learn more may be offered a full-time position following the completion of the internship.Location: Westlake VillagePart-time SchedulePay: $22.00/hour, Non-ExemptWhat you'll learn:Work closely with Client Services team and Account Managers managing customer projectsCreate daily update reports for CS teamSet-up new customers on technology platformsBecome familiar in our tools, technology, and best practices in order to best support customer needsDevelop a basic understanding of market research and consumer insightsAnd whatever else comes your way!Requirements: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate programExcellent communication and analytical skillsA passion for curiosity and a drive to always be learningStrong follow-through skillsSolid judgment and decision-making abilitiesExperience with MSOffice and/or GSuite productsPureSpectrum Benefits:We offer a modern company culture with flexibility, individuality, creativity, and open communication at all business levels.
