Construction Project Manager - Wastewater Projects

We are seeking an experienced Wastewater Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Bay area. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $170,000 per year and provides the opportunity to lead critical infrastructure projects while collaborating with a dedicated and professional team.Key Responsibilities:Manage assigned projects to ensure safety, profitability, and timely completion.Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.Participate in business development, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiations.Lead project teams in procurement, contract administration, and operations management.Ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve profitability goals.Assign team responsibilities and oversee pre-construction services.Facilitate communication between clients, estimators, and on-site teams.Maintain accurate project documentation and uphold site safety standards.Participate in project meetings, set objectives, and supervise project close-out activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in water and wastewater treatment, water conveyance, sewers, and sewer rehabilitation.Expertise in vendor relationship management and design-build processes.Strong knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, estimating, and engineering principles.Proficiency in project management software and excellent communication skills.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary: Up to $170,000 per year based on experience.Opportunity to manage impactful projects and collaborate with industry professionals.If you are a results-driven leader with extensive experience in water and wastewater construction, we encourage you to apply and help us build vital infrastructure for the future!
