In-Building CX ManagerWe are seeking an In-Building CX Manager with a strong background in in-building infrastructure and large venue experience. This role requires travel and is responsible for overseeing all civil works, ensuring quality management, and maintaining financial control through scheduling.Key Responsibilities:Oversee civil works, ensuring compliance with industry standards, local and federal regulations.Manage service providers (SP/ASP) to ensure adherence to project guidelines and specifications.Coordinate site activities and ensure alignment with project goals.Attend coordination and progress meetings, providing technical support when needed.Conduct safety inspections and enforce compliance with workplace safety guidelines.Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues.Perform site pre-inspections, verification, and post-construction audits.Maintain accurate progress reports and provide updates to project management.Supervise and guide service providers, vendors, and suppliers.Ensure only approved materials are used in the project.Experience & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects (500+ sites).Expertise in in-building infrastructure and large venue construction.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Ability to investigate and solve complex issues, improving project procedures.Required Certifications:OSHA 30RF AwarenessCPR/First AidErgonomics TrainingAdditional Information:Travel required, with responsibility for ensuring personnel are on-site as needed.Supplier responsible for all training, equipment, and administrative tasks.Supplier must track and manage personnel hours accurately.
