As the MEP Division Manager, you will be responsible for managing a division with $100M+ in P&L and leading a team of 25-30 professionals. You will oversee the execution of large-scale MEP projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations while fostering growth within the division. While multifamily project experience is preferred, we are also open to candidates with large commercial project experience.Benefits and Compensation:Starting salary of $230K depending on experience with performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.Paid time off, sick leave, and holidays.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all MEP operations within the division, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.Manage a $100M+ P&L, driving profitability and ensuring financial success for the division.Oversee a team of 25-30 professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and continued growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the division's footprint and project portfolio.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards on all projects.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in MEP construction, with 5+ years in a leadership role.Demonstrated experience in managing $100M+ P&L.Strong background in multifamily MEP projects; large commercial project experience will also be considered.Proven ability to manage and lead teams of 25-30 people effectively.In-depth knowledge of MEP construction processes, including project management, budgeting, and estimating.Strong client-facing skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to make a major impact on high-profile MEP projects and take ownership of a thriving division.
