Project Manager

Job Description:Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their Application & Client Services team. We are looking for a hands-on, self-starter, and team player with both technical and interpersonal skills. We are looking for local candidates for this hybrid opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage ServiceNow projects.Support applications and manage various projects, including RFPs, contract/scope development, infrastructure upgrades, application enhancements, new development, and COTS/vendor applications with multiple integrations.Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact at all levels.Advocate for change and effectively communicate project value, navigating individual viewpoints and building consensus.Qualifications:5+ years of experience managing projects utilizing agile methodology.High-level understanding of project management methodology, web application programming, content management systems, API, database, and system design.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interact professionally with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.Experience implementing ServiceNow is a must.Tools & Technologies:CA Clarity Portfolio ManagementMS ProjectAzure DevOpsMS VisioMicrosoft 365 ServicesSharePoint OnlineMS TeamsAgile MethodologiesServiceNow
