Executive Recruiter position, Located in Seattle, Washington (All applicants are required to live in Seattle, WA)SUMMARY:The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, creates, and deploys client and role-specific recruiting strategies. Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals and various forms of marketing. Builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs. Serves as subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals and various forms of marketing.with clients to analyze hiring needs, determining best recruiting methods, and creates and deploys client and role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and client marketing initiatives.abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients and roles.resumes and conducts behavioral based interviews and competency-based evaluations.guidance and negotiates fee agreements with clients; completes appropriate correspondence for each placement.continued account development for generating new business.clients' offices and seeks to gain full understanding of clients' goals and objectives.Direct Hire fees per budgeted goals.and tracks assignment and candidate data in various tracking and order systems.and executes temporary employee programs.and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional and trade associations and other professional networking organizations.relationships with key clients and business leaders.to and addresses a variety of candidate, temporary employee and client inquiries.candidate hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements.in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience is required.Bachelor's degree OR five (5) years of professional work experience.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.to establish and maintain effective working relationships.to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions.to demonstrate business acumen and market insight.of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations.of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and methodologies.with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.of and the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or related tools.A journey to bring out the best in youAs one of the world's largest employers we believe in talent, not labels, and focus on the diverse and unique skills our people bring.
