Building Management Systems Lead - W2 Contract - RTP, NCI am recruiting for a Building Management Systems (BMS) Lead to support a large-scale site expansion in RTP, NC. This is a W2 contract running through December 2025.With BMS systems being implemented across four new buildings, additional support is needed to manage workflows and coordinate activities. The integrators and C&Q teams are in place, this role will focus on workstream coordination and technical leadership, rather than hands-on responsibilities.Key **Oversee BMS-related activities as part of the site expansion.Act as a technical lead to support engineers and manage workflows.Coordinate between stakeholders, ensuring efficient execution of BMS implementations.Support utilities and equipment preparation starting in July.What We're Looking **Experience leading BMS implementations in a technical or leadership capacity.Automation background with experience configuring and supporting BMS and automation systems.Strong technical lead, team lead, or project management experience.Experience with Rockwell BMS is preferred; Rockwell Automation experience is required.Must be local to North Carolina or already based in-state.This is a great opportunity to be part of a major expansion project.
