Serves as the financial liaison with physicians, monitoring financial performance, discussing monthly results and incentives, budget variance analysis, and development of dashboards. Works closely with practice management to provide financial input to improve operations and enhance services. Provides support in establishing volume targets and financial guidance for annual operating and capital budget development, and assists with practice acquisitions. Responsible for development and refinement of charge capture processes and reconciliations within the practices. Coordinates annual revenue cycle related training. Works cohesively with St. Clair Medical Group Chief Operating Officer and Service Line Directors and has a dotted-line reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. The position also has financial responsibility for St. Clair Physician Partners, a population health entity comprised of an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), partnering with other local Health Systems. Minimum Qualifications1.        Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and a minimum of ten years' relevant work experience in healthcare2.        MBA, MHA or CPA3.        Previous MSO or Physician organization financial experience4.        Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 5.        Previous experience providing financial oversight to physician practices.6.        Knowledge of healthcare analytics.7.        Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications1.        Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or master's degree in business (MBA)2.        Fifteen years' relevant work experience in healthcare3.        Demonstrated analytical ability 4.        Physician revenue cycle knowledge/management5.        Previous ACO/CIN experience
