Financial Firm in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst for a full-time position!2+ years of experience in Account On-boarding/Customer ServiceServe as primary point of contact for new and existing clients Familiar with Regulatory requirements related to opening accountsEnsure timely and accurate account openingKYC, AML, Compliance Experience at a self-clearing & introducing broker dealerWork Closely with Front Office, Technology & Compliance to ensure proper setup across all relevant systemsAbility to be a self-starter and work to review and enhance proceduresAssist with internal and external reviews and auditsFIS Phase 3 experience is a huge plusThis will be the new Books and Records PlatformSeries 7, 63 PreferredPotential growth into an Institutional Trade Support roleSeries 4/57 required
