Vice President, eRates SalesSummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Vice President, eRates Sales to drive electronic trading growth and client engagement. This role will focus on expanding electronic fixed-income trading capabilities, deepening client relationships, and optimizing trading strategies across global markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in eRates trading and sales, with a strong background in electronic trading platforms and a proven ability to execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute eRates sales strategies to increase client adoption and trading activity.Manage relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and banks, to expand electronic trading volumes.Leverage electronic trading platforms to enhance market liquidity, drive execution efficiency, and optimize pricing for clients.Collaborate with trading, technology, and product teams to enhance electronic trading capabilities and ensure seamless execution.Analyze market trends and client trading behavior to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.Provide insights and market intelligence to clients on eRates products, liquidity trends, and execution strategies.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards in all trading activities.Qualifications & Experience7+ years of experience in eRates sales and trading, preferably within an electronic trading environment.Deep understanding of eRates products, market structure, and electronic trading platforms.Strong client relationship management skills, with a track record of growing electronic trading business.Ability to interpret market data, trading analytics, and liquidity trends to inform client strategies.Experience working with internal teams to drive product enhancements and trading platform improvements.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive innovation in eRates electronic trading and contribute to the expansion of a leading electronic trading business.
