The incumbent will play an integral role in all team activities and will possess a high level of responsibility as the leader of an internal project finance team. The ideal candidate will have served in an investment banking program or a related transaction execution role i.e. Structured Credit, Structured Finance, or Project Finance Advisory.ResponsibilitiesConstructing detailed financial models, performing cash flow analysis, pricing analysis and due diligence requests.Participate in project due diligence and transaction execution for renewable energy projects.Supporting the structuring, underwriting and execution of renewable energy and energy transition financing transactions.**Expected to work on every aspect of the transaction processStrong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint along with experience building and managing complex modeling, building output reports, and creating attractive presentation materials.Detailed financial analysis including project finance pricing and diligence modeling.Ad-hoc financial analysis in support of new business opportunities.Preparation of periodic reporting and meeting materials.Applying critical thinking and judgement in the review of investment opportunities.Total ** $300,000 - $350,000SE# 510706184
