Director of Payroll

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE-Background in corporate accounting (must have strong understanding of financial processes that lead to the general ledger including GL reconciliation)-Strong payroll/disbursements expertise in a hospitality environment overseeing high-volume and complex processes (multiple states / hourly staff / tips)-Experience with an ERP system conversion (Oracle preferred) -Experience leading and building teams & desire to lead from the front-Strong examples of using the systems and team to add business value through reporting and analysisJOB DESCRIPTIONAn employer in the hospitality industry is looking for a Sr. Director of Payroll and Disbursements.
