Financial Analyst

Addison Group has partnered with a Logistics and Supply Chain company headquartered in the Irving area to find a Financial Analyst. This position is ideal for a recent finance graduates looking to launch their careers or a current financial analyst seeking a chance for growth.Responsibilities **Assist with developing revenue and expense budgets, monthly forecasts financial models and present analytics to support management teamPerform forecast and budget variance analysis in conjunction with the entire Finance teamManage financial and operational ad-hoc reporting and analysisPrepare and review financial variances between Actual/Budget/Forecast financial resultsProvide support on the monthly close process, including review of variance analyses, key trends, and performance metricsLead the planning, coordination and consolidation of corporate budget/forecast as needed by the businessContinuously analyze revenue and expense drivers to incorporate trends into financial forecasts**Bachelors degree required0-5 years experienceFinancial modeling and analysis skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Ability to communicate and cross functionally partner with various other departments. Ability to present to all levels of the organization including senior leadership.
