Job **We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. This role will support multiple Brands within the portfolio.Key *Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business planning and forecasting.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends and variances.Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the companys performance, profitability, and financial health.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to ensure financial goals are met.Analyze sales data and forecast future revenue based on traffic, conversion, and AOV trends)Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and business strategies to optimize financial performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business initiatives.Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry benchmarks, and financial regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.Assist in developing financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.*Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred *Proficiency in financial modeling and ExcelStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Work ****Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.Corporate headquarters are located in Opelika Alabama with travel required to this location.Ideal candidate will be based in Auburn, Atlanta or Birmingham due to possible hybrid locations.
