In this position, the Senior Associate will partner with our technology group lead to drive strategic client initiatives across the various pillars of the Consello platform with a specific focus on key issues that impact the client's share price, including narrative development and investor engagement. The role will provide a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEOs of many of the most influential corporations in the world to help them develop, lay out and execute on their long-term business plans.Provide direct support for senior leaders across various strategy engagementsBuild strong industry knowledge across IT Hardware, Semiconductors, Software and other technology subsectorsCreate and prepare analysis packets for clients outlining financial results, stock price performance, investor feedback, changes to institutional shareholder base, etc.Assist in the drafting and development of client materials, including investor presentations, corporate press releases, letters to shareholders, investor fact sheets, Q&A documents and IR website contentTrack, report and analyze client competitor business trends and financial resultsMonitor published sell-side research and other sources to identify important industry trendsDevelop and maintain detailed financial modelsCreate and respond to various ad-hoc information and analyses requests from clientsResearch and identify potential institutional investors for clientsAssist in the prospecting and due diligence of new client opportunitiesDevelop research materials for senior partners to drive new business activation by creating a clear understanding of the key issues facing potential clientsLook for opportunities to implement efficient and scalable processes and systems to help build a category leading platform on a global scale.Limited administrative duties*****Bachelor's Degree required with a preference for Finance, Economics or AccountingMin 4 years of relevant work experienceTechnology experience is preferred but not requiredStrong financial and analytical experience requiredCapital markets and/or research/investing experience is preferredComfort interacting with senior level executives of public companiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapable of executing projects independently with limited supervisionAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience working with FactSet, Bloomberg or other market data providers
