Engineering Reimagined®Position Summary: The Inside Sales Manager at Arctic is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Inside Sales team, focusing on project quoting and customer management. This role requires strong experience with project quoting systems and advanced proficiency in NetSuite, which is crucial for managing sales orders, inventory, and customer accounts. The manager's primary focus is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of quoting processes, ensuring that quotes are timely, precise, and aligned with customer needs. Additionally, the manager fosters collaboration between the Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams, ensuring alignment on strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. They are expected to drive team performance through regular coaching and development, ensuring the team meets its KPI's while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Process improvement and operational efficiency are key focuses of the role, as well as the ability to manage complex customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary. The Inside Sales Manager plays a critical role in contributing to the overall success of the sales organization by ensuring seamless coordination and strategic alignment across teams.Supervisory Responsibilities:Leading the multi-location Inside Sales Team, ensuring that they meet departmental and Company goals and objectives· Coordinating the department's activities by managing schedules, documentation, and communicationCoach, inspire, and develop the team to maximize growth and development opportunitiesPlanning department staffing levels (skillsets, increases, decreases) to meet projected business needsRecruit, onboard, and train additional staff as neededConduct performance evaluations, personal improvement plans, and disciplinary actions in a timely and constructive fashionPerform other supervisory duties as requestedDuties/Responsibilities:· Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all project quoting activities are accurate, timely, and in line with customer expectations.· Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales in final decision making when negotiating projects, accomodations, and agreements with manufactures representatives, customers and specifiers· Implement and manage the use of project quoting systems, ensuring all quotes are properly tracked and documented.· Responsible for management of customers as requested by the Vice President of Sales.· Create quotes and ensure business continuity as a backup to the inside sales team members.· Utilize NetSuite to manage customer accounts, sales orders, and inventory, ensuring real-time data availability for the team.· Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales team to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales strategies, customer needs, and cross-team opportunities.· Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management on team progress and areas for improvement.· Develop and implement strategies to improve internal processes and enhance team efficiency.· Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.· Support the professional development of the Inside Sales team by providing regular training, coaching, and performance feedback.· Be the in-house expert on the Company's proprietary quote program and jobs database and lead interactions with third-party software developers:o Maintain and troubleshooto Propose, cost-justify, and project manage software improvementso Write and maintain automated and manual reports· Develop, implement, and maintain reports and data analysis to guide the Company to make informed decisions:o Inside Sales Team and individual team member efficiency, accuracy, and effectivenesso Quotationso Sales Managerso Manufacturer's Representativeso Consultants and Customerso Costs and profitabilityDevelop, implement, and maintain workflow for sale managers, manufacturer's representatives, consultants, and dealers in areas of quoting, contracts, multipliers, discounts, programs, etc.Develop and maintain sales manager, manufacturer's representative and dealer program documents and data with input from stakeholder departmentsPerform other duties and take on additional responsibilities as requestedRequired Skills/Abilities:· Hands-on, team oriented, Dynamic leader who interacts with other colleagues at all levels of the organization· Strong expertise with project quoting systems and ERP platforms, specifically NetSuite.· Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and synergy between Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams.· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.· Proven track record of managing a high-performing sales team and achieving sales targets.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.Education and Experience:· BA/BS degree or equivalent· 5+ years of account management or inside sales management experience· 3+ years leadership experience with direct reportsLanguage, Physical, and Travel Requirements:· English verbal and written language proficiency· Spanish verbal language proficiency preferred· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer· Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds· Available and willing to work evenings and weekends when Company needs require· Ability and willingness to travel by air and car several times per year to other Company facilities and events· Must be located within a daily commutable distance to our Medley, Florida Corporate Headquarters and Manufacturing CenterCompany Offered Benefits:· This is a full-time, office-based position· Health, vision, and dental insurance plans· Paid time off (PTO)· Paid holidays· 401(k) plan with Company matchOur strength resides in the great people we hire from various backgrounds.
