Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Director to join their growing organization. This critical role will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts to support strategic decision-making across the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the AdTech industry, experience managing labor costs for complex organizations, and a proven track record of driving financial insights that align with company goals. **Remote position, with preference to someone within 200 miles of Charlotte, NCFP&A DirectorResponsibilities:Own the end-to-end FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Develop financial models to assess performance, profitability, and growth opportunitiesAnalyze and manage labor costs, including headcount forecasting, employee cost analysis, and workforce efficiency metrics, ensuring alignment with operational goalsUtilize AdTech-specific expertise to provide strategic guidance on pricing models, ad inventory management, and revenue optimization initiativesIdentify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business. Partner with department heads to provide actionable insights and recommendationsWork closely with sales, marketing, operations, and HR teams to align financial objectives with organizational priorities. Provide financial insights for new initiatives, product launches, and M&A opportunitiesDeliver timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to the executive leadership team, investors, and other stakeholdersImplement and optimize tools, processes, and systems to enhance financial accuracy, reporting, and scalability in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFP&A Director Requirements:5+ years of FP&A experience, with at least 2 years in the AdTech, digital advertising, or technology sectorsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferredProven expertise in labor cost analysis and workforce planningAdvanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or TableauFamiliarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Workday, or similar platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindsetUnderstanding of AdTech business models, including programmatic advertising, media buying, and revenue models, is strongly preferred Thank you, Rachel Stewart Senior Project Manager LaSalle NetworkLaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
