Senior Manager of Financial Reporting

Scope of ***** Lead the financial reporting teamPrepare financial statements (standalone and consolidated) for external reporting purposes, ensuring compliance with both US GAAP and IFRSSupport SEC reporting and filing responsibilities (10K, 10Q, etc.) Provide technical accounting guidance and expertise to resolve consolidation issuesPrepare and review internal management reports and external financial reportsManage the process of corporate journal entries, including leases and allocationsOversee the consolidation of financial statements for the organizations subsidiaries, ensuring accurate elimination of intercompany transactions and balancesEstablish and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting and consolidation processes Skills **Knowledge of SEC reporting, US GAAP, and internal control processesAnalytical thinker, organized, detail oriented, excellent communicatorStrong computer skills, Office, Excel, PowerPointCustomer service oriented Educational & Work ***** BS/BA Accounting or FinanceWork ***** 7+ years progressive accounting/finance experience with recent management experienceCPA required Salary ***** $140,000 - $145,000 + 10% Bonus SE#510700378
