Please find the Job Position Details;Position: Senior Data Governance PMLocation: Tampa, FL (2 Days Onsite - Hybrid)Duration: 12+ MonthsContract (with possible extension)Pay Range: $65-$75/hr. on W2 (Depending upon the experience)The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.Job Description:In addition to the project management aspects of the roles, it is important that they have a cursory understanding of data (including data flows, business rules and interpreting data) to support the project delivery. The role with 10+ years of experience has a higher run rate and needs to have a much more senior ability to drive progress through identifying key partners, tracking down dependencies and bringing resources together to remediate data quality issues. They must be capable of leading calls with poise and translating detailed statuses and actions to narratives more appropriate for executive audiences. They are expected to challenge the status quo and contribute to process improvements as well. The Information Services Group (ISG) is looking for a resource to join its data management team. ISG is a service-centric organization focused on digitizing the companys products/services, driving out manual work, delivering world-class client experience, and enabling growth via scalability. The Data Quality and Governance organization within ISG is responsible for driving a data architecture to deliver front to back design, identify gaps, and implement a robust governance framework across the company. A key focus is on Data Quality including completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across front to back data flows. The function is responsible for extensive partnering across multiple technology groups to drive key initiatives and associated deliverables for the data strategy and manage change. The function and role spans across the organization and, as a result, requires strong engagement with relevant teams.Key Responsibilities include:• Track consent order deliverables through completion with technology group including status updates, highlighting key risks, and preparing evidence of completion.• Working with various technology leads to ensure the gaps in data quality are remediated in the consent order• Conduct data analysis for tracking of standards adoption and creation of scorecard metrics• Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, reports to stakeholdersRequired Skills• 10+ years of Program Management and Project Management experience• Ability to summarize the expectations, decisions and actions resulting from key conversations and publishing them to larger group of stakeholders in a manner that can be easily understood.• Exceptional level of motivation and diligence coupled with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), as well as strong relationship building skills• Ability to put together senior management presentation material• Knowledge of MS Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel
