Who We Are:True Peace Financial is one of the fastest-growing and most well-respected independent wealth advisor practices in the country.Goals:Our Corporate Vision is to expand further, broadening our reach, and affecting more positive change in the financial community, by creating a stalwart in the financial advisory community that represents integrity, expert advice, and family values.Job Description:As a wealth advisor with True Peace Financial, you will be responsible for the acquisition and continued service of your independently managed portfolio of clients.You are in charge of providing our valued clients with a feeling of ease and care while delivering a superior planning result with warmth and professionalism.By following a proven 3-step asset client acquisition process, you will build relationships with prospective clients, diagnose the problems that exist within their financial plans, and systematically provide them with the solutions to their financial issues, allowing them to spend less time worrying about their money, so they can spend more time enjoying their lives.As a result of the expert planning, fantastic relationship management, and unparalleled service that you will provide thanks to True Peace Financials industry-leading methods, you will be viewed as the most important financial person in your clients life, and as your clients succeed financially, you will prosper alongside them.Job Duties:Follow established and industry-leading Standard Operating ProceduresBuild a relationship based on trust and shared values with each prospective clientPerform a Portfolio Diagnostic for each individual prospective clientFollow the Trademarked plan delivery process for each prospective clientCollect each clients financial information to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectationsSynthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable (and approved by True Peace Financial Investment Committee) based on client risktolerance, risk capacity, liquidity needs, income needs, longevity concerns, legacy desires, and overall financial objectivesEnsure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice givenIdentify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisorAssist clients in implementing financial recommendations.Requirements:3+ years of financial planning backgroundA Bachelors degree majoring in business administration, finance, or related field is preferredOutstanding verbal and written skillsMust follow directions and define client acquisition & service processesProficiency in Apple Ecosystem as well as Microsoft Ecosystem with a high level of expertise in MS ExcelBuilding and nurturing strong relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are crucialCFP certification or other advanced certifications preferredProgram proficiency including Apple products, Google Suite, Salesforce, and financial planning software is preferredKnowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is desiredAdditional Assets:Integrity - The job requires being honest and ethical.Attention to Detail - The job requires being careful about detail and thorough incompleting work tasks.Dependability - The job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, being early or on time, and fulfilling obligations.Cooperation - The job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude.Concern for Others - The job requires being sensitive to others needs and feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $63,063.00 - $74,354.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offCompensation Package:Commission payWork Location: Hybrid remote in Overland Park, KS 66213
