Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Studio Coordinator at The PilatesBarre in Dallas, TX. The PilatesBarre Studio Coordinator is not only responsible for the overall experience of the clients and day-to-day operations of the studio but has an emphasis on TPB's marketing relations and social media presence for the business. They will serve a key role in handling delegated studio tasks and responsibilities to further the business initiatives that keep The PilatesBarre the top-of-the-line fitness experience it is.STAFF MANAGEMENTManage and communicate with front desk staff at all studiosOverseeing client attendance, managing inventory, updating payment information and announcement boardsAssist the Studio Management in daily studio tasks, projects, and deliverablesTrain and mentor front desk associates and assistants through daily tasks, sales techniques, and problem-solvingParticipate in and contribute to weekly team meetingsDrive and meet sales goalsSTUDIO MANAGEMENTResponsible for managing overall studio maintenanceBasic troubleshooting of BarreFormers and Treadmills along with communicating steps taken towards resolution to upper management staffEnsure that all merchandise and supplies are replenished, organized, and aesthetically presented within the studioMust have the ability to drive sales, retail, and payment plans through customer relations and daily interactionsCLIENT RELATIONSGreet and check-in clients including new registrations, accepting and reconciling payments, and introducing class equipmentAnswer emails and phone calls in a professional manner while utilizing resourcefulness and business acumenDeliver exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns in a professional mannerFollow up with all clients to gather feedbackBuild relationships with clients to ensure The PilatesBarre continues to grow and meet the clients demandsMARKETINGResponsible for collecting content for daily Instagram Stories AM/PM to stay in front of clients and communicate important and relevant studio informationDiscover and create opportunities for The PilatesBarre to be involved in community events and serve as liaison in communication with studio partnerships and eventsRepresent The PilatesBarre and participate in events on and off-siteREQUIREMENTSUnderstanding of marketing in order to execute tasks and create posts on a daily basisRecognize gaps in advertising and marketing at The PilatesBarre and capitalize on the opportunity to better support those areasStrong customer service and social interaction skills demonstrating patience & cooperationPassion for fitness and a genuine interest in the care and well-being of clientsStrong attention to detail and accuracyHighly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlinesTrustworthy and able to handle confidential informationWork as a member of a cohesive team with all staff members and instructorsProfessional, punctual, reliable, and neatAbility to open and close studios as well as work independently and report to Studio ManagerMust be able and willing to travel between studios (University Park and Devonshire locations)Shifts include early mornings and/or evenings and weekends. Holiday availability and weekends required.
