In this role, youre responsible for the duties listed below.Immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator in Hawthorne, CA who possesses:Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related1-2 years experience of marketing experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office and other marketing toolsEmail resumes to kbrace@ or call 858.683.8559.FULL DESCRIPTION: The selected candidate will be responsible for:StrategyDevelop and implement comprehensive media marketing strategies to promote products/servicesContent CreationCreate and oversee content development for marketing collateral and campaignsDevelop and write marketing content, including website copy, LinkedIn posts, product brochures, case studies, video scripts, and presentation materialsCreate messaging that effectively communicates the value of our products in the Commercial In-Flight Connectivity (IFC), Gateway, Satellite, and Defense marketsCollaborate closely with public relations team (outside firm) on messaging for news stories and with increasing exposure via the website, LinkedIn and other social media platformsDigital MarketingFacilitate marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.)Manage and update website content in collaboration with a web developer, as neededPlan, schedule, and execute LinkedIn posts to engage and grow the companys professional networkTrack and analyze digital marketing metrics to assess campaign performanceCreate and manage small ad campaigns on industry specific websitesSales SupportCollaborate with the sales team to align messaging with customer needs and preferencesUpdate sales presentations and pitch materials to support business development efforts as directed by sales teamProject ManagementCollaborate with sales, and leadership to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goalsGenerate and manage approval processes for outside marketing materialsCoordinate with external contractors, such as a graphic designer and web developer, to ensure timely delivery of marketing assetsManage timelines, budgets, and project priorities for marketing initiativesTradeshow ManagementPlan and coordinate all aspects of the companys participation in industry tradeshows, from booth design to logistics (2-4 events per year)Work with contractors to create tradeshow materials, including banners, presentations, videos and promotional itemsSchedule and manage pre-show and post-show marketing campaigns to drive attendance and follow-up with leadsServe as the primary point of contact for event organizers to ensure all requirements are metBrand ManagementMaintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platformsImplement brand guidelines for visual and written communicationsMarket ResearchStay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing strategiesIdentify opportunities for product positioning and differentiation in the marketCoordinates company representative meetings with industry bloggers and research firms (typically at trade shows)Protects the company by keeping information confidential and always behaving in a professional and ethical mannerEnhances organization reputation and branding recognition through professional interpersonal skills, integrity and responsivenessOther duties and tasks as assignedThe selected candidate will also possess:Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 3 to 5 years of marketing experienceProven ability to create engaging content for digital platforms, sales materials, and other marketing channelsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office including SharePoint for file management and collaboration, Adobe Creative Suite, basic website CMS (e.g., WebFlow, WordPress), and photo editing (Photoshop or similar)Ability to work independently and resourcefully in a small team environmentFamiliarity with LinkedIn marketing, advertising and B2B lead generation strategies Strong organizational and time-management skillsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with contractors and internal stakeholdersAdaptable and willing to take on a variety of marketing tasks as needed High energy levelCreative, with strong work ethic ProfessionalismSalary Range: $60k-$90k/yrFor immediate and confidential consideration, please email your resume to kbrace@ or call 858.683.8559.
