Crossing Space is a boutique luxury furniture maker and interior design brand specializing in high-end, customized pieces. We work with affluent clients, including interior designers, hoteliers, and luxury homeowners, to bring unique, art-inspired furniture to life. We are looking for a Sales Marketing Manager to enhance our brand and drive growth through innovative marketing strategies. Crossing Space is apart of Crossing Art (), an art gallery in Chelsea, New York.Job Description:We are seeking a driven Sales Marketing Manager to spearhead business growth by reaching out to interior designers, hoteliers, and real estate developers. This role involves cold outreach, networking, and building lasting relationships to generate high-value sales. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, proactive in lead generation, and has a passion for luxury furniture and interior design.Key Responsibilities: Create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with the companys growth objectives.Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits) to interior designers, hoteliers, and real estate developers to introduce our brand and products.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business.Develop a referral network by engaging with interior designers, architects, and luxury property developers.Identify new business opportunities in high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial markets.Close sales by effectively presenting product benefits, customization options, and pricing strategies.Represent the company at trade shows, design expos, and industry networking events to generate leads.Identify and pursue partnerships and new business opportunities.Qualifications:2+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, interior design, or furniture sales.Strong ability to cold call and build relationships with industry professionals.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.Passion for luxury furniture, design, and high-end craftsmanship.Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment.Experience using CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required.What We Offer:Salary based on experience + commissionProfessional growth within a creative, luxury industry.Employee benefits including health insurance and paid time off.How to Apply:If you are a dynamic sales professional with a love for high-end design and a knack for building relationships, we'd love to hear from you!
