SummaryThe Brand & Product Coordinator supports the Sr. Brand & Product Manager and VP of Brand & Product Commercialization in executing new product launches and maintaining organizational processes within the product lifecycle, across our (4) markets. This role ensures that product development timelines and deliverables are met while facilitating cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Retail teams. As a key administrative and operational support role, the Brand & Product Coordinator contributes to seamless communication, efficient project management, and adherence to market strategies.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationMaintain and update product launch timelines in (Project Management Software) across all markets as well as upkeep the Product Launch Roadmap.Assist in weekly Operations calls by taking notes and helping track progress on key tasks in each market.Support the Sr. Brand & Product Manager with creating and updating new product briefs.New Product Launch Emails: Craft and coordinate email communications for new product launches, ensuring clear, engaging, and informative content tailored to various sales and marketing team members.Compliance ManagementOversee the compliance board in , ensuring all product development activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.Facilitate communication with compliance officers to obtain necessary approvals for projects, ensuring all documentation and product specifications meet compliance requirements.Product Sampling & DisplaysCoordinate R&D sampling with Operations, managing the process from the initial request to store distribution.Coordinate non-medicated sample distribution in partnership with Operations, Merchandising, and Retail teams for customer/budtender sampling.Help manage budtender sample workbook and make sure new stores and products are added.Communicates display packaging needs for new products and visual merchandising.Market Research & Pattern DevelopmentConduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape insights.Collaborate with design and production teams to develop and refine patterns for new products, ensuring alignment with brand standards and product specifications.Partner with Sales and Data Team to monitor post-launch performance and compile insights.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sr. Brand & Product Manager and Vice President of Brand & Product Commercialization.Performs other duties as assignedEducation & Experience RequirementBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or can substitute experience.Three years of experience in new product development, branding, marketing, or related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification or formal training in project management preferred.Cannabis industry experience (at least 1 year).Experienced with relationship management.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or can substitute experience.1-3 years of experience in new product development, branding, marketing, or related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or formal training in project management preferred.Familiarity with the cannabis industry is a plus.Strong attention to detail.Ability to support multiple projects concurrently.Successful in navigating change, solving problems, and consulting with cross-functional business partners, as necessary.Knowledge of the Cannabis industry and understanding of the current product landscape.Demonstrated top notch organization skills.A consistent record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.Excellent written and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations.Self-Motivated.Ability to stay focused.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Must be a team player with a "can do" attitude.Travel required.Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to twenty pounds. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods.
