As a fast-growing startup, we're expanding rapidly and seeking a Marketing Content Manager to help elevate our brand and drive engagement, specifically on LinkedIn.ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and manage a content strategy focused on LinkedIn growth and engagement.Post daily on SalesCraft's company page with fresh, valuable, and relevant content.Create engaging LinkedIn posts, including industry insights, thought leadership, client success stories, and behind-the-scenes content.Experiment with different post formats (text, video, carousel, polls, etc.) to maximize engagement.Track engagement metrics and refine content based on performance data.Marketing Collateral & Visual ContentDesign and develop one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and sales collateral to support business development.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing materials align with our offerings and target audience.Utilize tools like Canva to create visually appealing and professional content.Lead Generation & Growth MarketingDevelop and refine strategies to drive traffic to our landing pages and convert LinkedIn engagement into leads.Optimize our LinkedIn presence to increase followers, reach, and credibility.Align marketing efforts with the broader demand generation strategy.Analytics & ReportingManage analytics using LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track performance of content and campaigns.Create regular reports to analyze engagement, reach, and lead generation effectiveness.Provide insights and recommendations based on data to continuously optimize content strategy.ExperienceProven experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in the tech/SaaS/consulting space.Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and engagement best practices.Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft concise, engaging, and value-driven content.Experience creating marketing collateral such as one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks.Familiarity with Canva, Salesforce, and Jira is a plus.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.Ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward.Why Join SalesCraft?High Growth Potential- Be part of a fast-growing startup with plans to double in size within the fiscal year.Tight-Knit, Highly Selective Team- Work with top talent in a collaborative, high-energy environment.Make an Impact- Your work will directly influence our brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.Hybrid Work Environment- Enjoy the best of both worlds with 3 days in-office and 2 remote workdays.Performance-Based Bonuses- Earn additional incentives for meeting key engagement and lead generation KPIs.Interested?
