Junior Portfolio Manager - Wealth Management

We are seeking a motivated Junior Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about financial planning, investment management, and client service. The Junior Financial Advisor will support senior advisors in managing client relationships, developing financial plans, and executing investment strategies. The ideal candidate must hold the required FINRA licenses and demonstrate a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.Key **Assist in developing and implementing tailored financial plans based on clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.Conduct financial analysis and research to support investment recommendations.Support senior advisors in managing and servicing client accounts, including portfolio reviews and performance assessments.Educate clients on investment strategies, retirement planning, risk management, and other financial planning concepts.Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to provide informed guidance.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency.Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.Participate in business development initiatives, including client prospecting and networking.Qualifications & **FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses required.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment advisory preferred.Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning principles, and market analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client success.Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM tools is a plus.
