Senior Financial Analyst (HFM)OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for gathering data to understand trends affecting the various businesses within the organization. Supports critical finance processes such as internal management reporting, KPI/scorecards, financial planning, forecasting, financial variance analysis, and EPM system administration. The Sr. Financial Analyst will have a strong financial systems background. Responsibilities include providing finance and accounting support, consolidation of international entities inclusive of intercompany balancing, variance analysis, KPI tracking/reporting, and other ad hoc reports as needed.Responsible for coordinating key inputs and preparing the monthly board package.Essential **Prepare and analyze financial reports and update financial models.Conduct monthly trend, variance, and margin analysis by product, market, and business.Perform monthly financial consolidation and intercompany reconciliation for international entities.Identify and drive process improvements, efficiencies, and accuracies in financial reporting capabilities.Leverage tools to create financial visuals that enhance accuracy and communicate financial performance.Create and maintain US GAAP reports.Operate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system.Prepare US audit schedules for external audits as needed.Provide accounting support for US and international entities as required.Develop and maintain various Excel models, ad hoc reports, and ODBC downloads upon request.Position **Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred.Experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and a strong understanding of HFM systems, including consolidation, reporting, and data integration.Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder (work authorization required).
