*Multiple litigation paralegal openings in the greater Los Angeles area.Job Title: Litigation ParalegalJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, document management, and trial assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case investigation, legal research, and trial preparation.Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategy.Coordinate and assist with the collection, review, and production of documents, including e-discovery processes.Communicate with clients, witnesses, and expert consultants to gather information and provide case updates.Prepare and maintain case chronologies, timelines, and summaries of deposition transcripts.Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders.Coordinate with court personnel and ensure compliance with filing deadlines and court procedures.Manage attorney calendars, including deadlines, hearings, and depositions.Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field; Paralegal certification preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing systems.Proficiency in legal research databases such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with employer match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.
