Position *We are seeking a Senior Associate or Vice President to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in credit underwriting, direct lending, or structured finance, preferably within asset-based lending, private credit, or financial services. This role offers an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in deal execution, portfolio management, and investment strategy.Key *Investment Analysis & * Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and credit analysis for new lending opportunities.Deal * Structure and negotiate loan terms, prepare investment memos, and manage approval processes.Portfolio * Monitor existing investments, track financial performance, and assess credit risk.Market * Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions to support investment decisions.Client * Work closely with borrowers, wealth management firms, and other stakeholders to assess financing needs and structure optimal solutions.****3-7 years of experience in credit underwriting, direct lending, leveraged finance, or structured credit.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial statement analysis.Experience evaluating cash flow-based lending, collateral structures, and covenant analysis.Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
