Client Job **NYC-based Asset Management Firm** Midtown, NYC***** 2-4 yrs***** Valuations Analyst/ Associate Base 100-130k + bonus***** no mention, should be one day WFH***** 100-130k + bonus**The Analyst/ Associate will analyze company financial statements, develop valuation memos, and review financial models for Private Credit/ BDC transactions. • Participate in monthly, quarterly, annual, and daily valuation processes for all private credit funds • Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of portfolios• Prepare valuation documentation for monthly Valuation• Participate in technology, data, and process implementation/enhancement projects.***• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant valuation experience• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting with a demonstration of high GPA • CPA or CFA preferred, but not required• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Financial modeling skills, with a high proficiency in Excel• Clear ability to dissect and absorb complex documentation• Knowledge of Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ is a plus• Ability to learn the financial services industry and apply related concepts• Must be able to work in the US with no restrictions (H1B, any VISA, etc.)
