Superintendent

Insight Global is looking for a Superintendent for one of our construction clients supporting a gut renovation of a community health facility in the Greensboro Winston Salem, NC area. This is a 30,000 squarefoot semi occupied building with two floors, patient rooms, exam rooms, pharmacy, and a dental suite. The super will be managing the subs, daily reporting, scheduling, and inspections. Next project that this individual will move onto will be a $35 million project in the Greensboro, NC area once finished with the healthcare facility.Required *****-10 years experience as a Construction Superintendent-Project size $10MM+-Commercial project experience-Healthcare, education, theater, or university experience
