The Role: Were looking to hire a well-organized Senior Marketer who is passionate about building relationships with large, complex accounts. This role sits within the Demand Activation - Field Marketing and ABM team, and is responsible for working on direct mail and physical shipments for firms of all sizes, as well as digital marketing and deep-dives into our largest key accounts. This person will execute the teams shipments and ongoing digital marketing programs, resulting in new opportunities, increased velocity in existing opportunities, and solid partnerships in the Tax and Accounting Professionals segment.Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating best-in-class customer experiences and tracking the business results of those experiences. This person will ensure that digital and in-person/physical marketing touchpoints blend seamlessly, all communicating a cohesive campaign message. Youre a high-energy, self-starting performer who stays on top of what needs to get done and motivates others to make things happen.About the RoleIn this opportunity as Marketer, Account Based Marketing, you will:Develop and deliver creative, modern marketing programs and events to engage our customer and prospect base.Orchestrate direct mail and adjacent digital marketing programs, by collaborating closely with the segment Campaign Planners and centralized marketing teams to plan, execute and report on ROI.Utilize strong project management skills to activate on time, in the right sequence.Build meaningful customer experiences that allow clients and prospects to interact and build relationships with our sales and client management teams that lead to new business.Join forces with sales to manage and report on ROI including the management of leads and work closely with marketing insights to understand pipeline impact.Leverage internal event coordination support and external partners including vendors and agencies.Closely collaborate with the Campaign Planning team in development, delivery and performance measurement of field marketing campaigns and programs.Follow project templates to complete tasks and keep events well organized ? as well as adept existing process with best practices and put your fingerprint on event planning to gain greater efficiency.Be bold - experiment with creative ideas to differentiate the Thomson Reuters brandAbout YouYoure a fit for the role of Marketer, Account Based Marketing if you:3-5+ years in demand generation for cloud-based software and/or business service providersBaseline understanding and highly enthusiastic about leveraging marketing technology to deploy integrated campaigns (Marketing Automation Platforms, Digital Analytics tools, Webinar and events tools, CRM systems)Creative, customer-first mindset that prioritizes creating memorable experiences for our customer base.Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphereTeam player with the ability to foster strong relationships across multiple levels and functions within the organization ? including working closely with marketing, sales and operations teams to succeed and grow.Ability to take ownership of tasks, solve problems, and be adaptable.Understanding of modern B2B demand generation best practices including integrating online and offline marketing tactics to reach, connect and convert prospectsProficient in Microsoft Office suite and related operating/productivity toolsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40-44/hr USD.
