Digital Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Commerce Operations Specialist to support APLA NDDC Digital Operations, partnering with global and regional teams to enhance the consumer experience on eCommerce platforms and mobile apps. This role focuses on five diverse territories, each with unique market needs and capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Partner with Global NDDC, Digital Operations, Product/Technology teams, and vendor partners to track and roll out site/app capabilities and go-to-market plans.Collaborate with Global, Geo, and Territory business teams to support Flagship/Owned Platforms, including SEO support, in-season business monitoring, and Membership initiatives.Support Digital Partner (3PP) platforms, optimizing operations and processes for efficiency and automation.Manage multiple projects and work across cross-functional teams to drive execution and delivery.Interpret complex reports, simplify insights, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.Qualifications:5+ years of eCommerce experience in Digital Commerce Operations, Digital Marketing, or Project Management.Strong project management & communication skills"”ability to manage multiple priorities and shift gears quickly.Airtable expertise"”experience in streamlining and optimizing processes within the platform.International experience"”comfortable working with teams across multiple regions, adapting communication styles as needed.SEO familiarity"”understanding of best practices and ability to define territory-specific SEO strategies.Jira experience is a plus.About BrickRed Systems:BrickRed Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
