AURA GROUPE is looking to hire a full-time, talented and creative, Junior Account Executive, with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media outlets. The individual hired for this position will need strong copywriting, critical thinking, and creative skills in order to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team.Job Description: Craft dynamic and captivating copy for a variety of brands including social media campaigns, taglines, posting calendars, memes, and moreMaintain daily community management and engagements across assigned social media accounts and portfoliosProduction duties; assist in photoshoot management. creation of content, pre, and post-production services such as mood boards, presentations, shot lists, and creative conceptsCreate captivating content calendars using multimedia assets for Instagram in-feed postings, Stories, Reels, and IGTV for various clientsMaintain and forge strong client relations and management on an ongoing basisOrganization of spreadsheets and folders, maintain, organize and archive the digital library of assetsAttend select client events for live social media coverageBe an expert in pop culture and share information and expertise about digital and social media marketing trendsLead, inspire and build with other creatives on the teamExperience Requirements:Must have strong and versatile copywriting skills for various media3+ experience working in an ad agency or in-house marketing departmentBe an expert in all social media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and SnapchatExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and eager to learnProficiency with social media reporting tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and Hootsuite preferredKnowledge of Facebook Ads Manager preferredBachelor's degree in Advertising or related field preferredProficiency in Adobe Creative tools: Photoshop, InDesign preferredMac proficiency preferredExperience in spirits and hospitality preferred
