We specialize in creating compelling narratives and managing social media strategies that drive engagement and achieve measurable results.The Social Media Account Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of PR campaigns and social media initiatives. This individual will work closely with the PR team to manage client accounts, develop content, monitor media coverage, and engage with online communities. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for storytelling and digital engagement. The candidate should also have a passion for graphic design and developing engaging content for client campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Create engaging content for press materials, blogs, and newslettersAssist in the design and development on-brand social media content (graphics, videos, photos and/or copy) that resonates with clients' objectives for multiple accounts on multiple social media platformsManage client social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling and community engagement.Develop media lists for client announcements and press outreachAssist in development and execution of PR and social media campaigns.Draft press releases, newsletters, media pitches, blogs, and press materials on behalf of clientsAssist with press release distribution and media outreachOrganize logistics for meetings and eventsOn-site participation and engagement for client events and community outreachResearch up-and-coming media trends and platformsMonitor online client presences, media coverage and social media analytics, prepare reports, and provide insights to clients.Track all press coverage and social media growth for clientsProvide support in researching, compiling, and analyzing media coverage for clients (for example, produce news clippings, organize media recap reports)Compile and summarize client activity through internal weekly and monthly reports, as neededDraft and curate copy for media kits, websites, press releases, and other deliverablesSupport account management team to integrate goal-oriented public relations and digital campaignsProvide general administrative support to the PR team, including scheduling meetings and organizing client files.Essential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field1-2 years of experience in public relations, social media management, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong graphic design skillsPreferred Skills and ExperienceHighly proficient in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and social media management toolsBasic knowledge of media relations and experience in pitching to journalistsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyCreative thinker with a passion for storytelling and digital engagementFamiliarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plusBenefits:Competitive salary with benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and career growthA collaborative and supportive work environmentInterested candidates should submit their resume, a cover letter, and any relevant work samples toKrista@.
