The brand is a lifestyle and a commitment to creativity and individuality.Position Overview:The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing cross-channel marketing strategies that align with Manic Panic's brand identity and business objectives. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with expertise in digital marketing, brand partnerships, campaign management, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing innovative ideas to enhance brand presence across digital, social, retail, and experiential platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, retail, influencer, and experiential channels.Manage the marketing calendar to ensure seamless coordination of product launches, promotions, and key brand initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, sales, e-commerce) and external partners (agencies, influencers, retailers) to drive cohesive marketing efforts.Oversee content strategy and ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.Analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize future marketing strategies.Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand visibility and audience reach.Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to inform strategy.Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or digital marketing in the beauty industry.Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and consumer engagement strategies in the beauty industry.Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns with measurable impact in the beauty industry.Experience working with influencers, brand partnerships, and social media marketing in the beauty industry.Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM platforms) to track performance and inform decisions.Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Passion for beauty, fashion, and self-expression, with a deep understanding of the Manic Panic brand and audience.
