Job Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, the candidate will lead the strategy and execution of key marketing channels, including email marketing, influencer marketing, paid search and social media. The candidate will report to the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Marketing. This is a hybrid role, with most work performed remotely and opportunity for some days in the office.We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who can help manage the paid media budget and optimize the marketing mix to support company objectives. This individual will be responsible for growing and nurturing the customer base through various acquisition and retention initiatives. A successful candidate will have strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills. Critical thinking, creative problem solving, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a self-starter mentality will all be required. The candidate should be interested in the fashion/retail industries, be familiar with current trends and be well-versed in ecommerce best practices.Responsibilities:Leverage deep knowledge of marketing channels to optimize all marketing channels (specifically email campaigns, paid search, and paid social) for driving growth in the customer base and in top-line sales.With support from Marketing Associate, oversee execution of day-to-day marketing activities, including preparation and review of emails, ads, promo assets and campaign assets.Develop channel-level analysis and track campaign and overall performance. Build reporting dashboards and executive-level presentations. Identify opportunities to improve campaigns and channels.Develop a framework for testing targeting strategies, campaign structures and creative assets.Collaborate with the creative team to test visual creative and copy in order to optimize marketing assets across different channels.Develop in-depth analysis of the customer base to define proper segmentation strategy for email marketing, promotional activities and loyalty program.Translate overall business objectives and corresponding KPIs to recommended allocation of paid media budget across channels to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.Own relationships with email service provider, paid search agency, influencer marketing platform, social media partner and affiliate partner.Mentor other associates on the team.Monitor and analyze competitor activity, marketplace trends, and impression share, and adjust our strategic plans accordingly.Qualifications and Competencies:Bachelors Degree from a 4-year college or university.5+ years of experience executing digital marketing, involving visual creative assets, copy and performance tracking.Expert at data-driven analysis in Excel / Google Sheets, with possibly some exposure to data visualization tools like Looker.This role requires critical thinking, creative problem solving, excellent written and oral communication skills and detail orientation.Must be a team player and must be comfortable working in a less structured, dynamic and fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.Strong presenter with strong communication skills and ability to confidently discuss results with all levels of the organization.Must excel at multitasking and managing competing priorities.Candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and an interest in growing a business.Knowledge of ecommerce best practices and customer behavior.Technical skills: Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.Full TimeStart Date: ImmediateReports To: Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of MarketingAbout Halsbrook:Halsbrook is a luxury fashion destination with a signature, personalized approach toonline shopping.
