We are seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to lead direct-to-consumer communication efforts across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging for multiple regional markets. This role involves campaign execution, performance analysis, and stakeholder reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience in lifecycle marketing, automation, and data-driven optimization.Rate: $40-44 per hourfull time hours, remote, ESTMust Have Salesforce Marketing CloudResponsibilities:Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.Manage end-to-end execution of email, push, and in-app messaging strategies across multiple regions.Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder) and Braze to implement automated lifecycle journeys.Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and present findings to stakeholders.Collaborate with global teams to source assets and data for timely campaign delivery.Ensure best practices in HTML/CSS for email customization; experience with SQL, Liquid, and AMPScript is a plus.Maintain compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA).Qualifications:5-7+ years of experience in email and CRM marketing (streaming industry experience is a plus).Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze (mandatory).Experience with triggered campaigns, segmentation, and A/B testing.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for asset creation is preferred.Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder collaboration skills.Nice to Have:Experience in the streaming/D2C industry and understanding of content trends.Knowledge of Movable Ink, RedFast, and data extension management.Additional language proficiency is a plus.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
