Job DescriptionWe are seeking an individual to raise increased funds through the successful identification, cultivation, and solicitation of annual gifts from individual donors.Manage, oversee, and grow areas of the Individual Giving Teams Annual Giving Campaign including but not limited to: employee giving (internal and external), special events (auction, raffle, swag items, and prizes) tribute and memorial gifts, affinity/community groups, special campaigns, peer-to-peer fundraising Individual Build Day program, and third-party/cause marketing events.Assist in implementation of the teams Annual Giving plan including prospecting and stewardship of a donor portfolio of 50-75; assisting in building up our mid-level donor base.Assist with all affiliate signature events; engaging and cultivating individual donors and prospects, while providing general event support. Additionally, collaborate with team members in the planning and implementation of special donor events, as needed, including friend-raisers, third-party events, and donor recognition/appreciation events.Maintain accurate donor records, tracking of all donor communications and activity; ensure our database is reflective of activity and accurate.Education / ExperienceMust have access to a reliable internet connection.Must have access to reliable transportation to perform job duties, a valid CA driver's license and meet the state-required amount of personal automobile liability insurance.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) and donor management systems.Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for working with donors, volunteers, board members, and internal teams.Ability to develop and implement long-term fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's goals and mission.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders, including high-net-worth individuals, board members, and community leaders.Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of related experience required.
