The Global Cash Management Implementation Associate will serve as a main point of contact for multinational corporate clients implementing new accounts, cash management services, and direct channel connectivity across multiple geographies. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding process for top-tier global, multi-product corporate clients, ensuring seamless execution and coordination across teams in Latin America, the U.S., Turkey and Europe.Additionally, the Global Cash Management Implementation Associate will support Global Cash Management Executives by coordinating changes in agreements, responding to specific client requests, replying to RFIs/questionnaires, preparing product presentations, and generating managerial reports.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and technically proficient in cash management products. This role demands strong project management skills and expertise in global formats such as XML and banking connectivity, along with experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and various connectivity platforms such as APIs, Host-to-Host, SWIFT, and Electronic Banking platforms.This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services, from account opening to full product implementation.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple cash management product implementations simultaneously, ranging from low to high complexity. Ensure efficient onboarding by analyzing client requirements, gathering necessary documentation, and coordinating efforts across international teams.Coordinate global and local documentation for account openings and product set ups ensuring the implementation of Cash Management services across multiple locations. Prepare, manage, and review document packages, managing the execution of global agreements and securing completed documentation from clients. Facilitate digital contract execution via an electronic signature portal. Organize and collaborate with the technical & operational support team by requesting implementation of global services and coordinate with technical teams to define project scope, format requirements, testing requirements, and file transfer setups. Lead the project kick-off client call to coordinate the setup of payments, collections, and reporting services via global connectivity platforms such as APIs, Host-to-Host, and SWIFT. Collaborate with global implementation technical specialists, local cash management teams, and relationship managers to ensure the seamless execution of bank connectivity platforms. Facilitate and direct weekly implementation calls with clients and internal stakeholders as needed to track progress and address any challenges. Manage client expectations, proactively addressing potential challenges or delays. Coordinate training sessions with local and global implementation teams as needed.Proactively identify potential issues or delays and develop strategic resolution and mitigation plans to ensure smooth implementation and operational efficiency.Provide ongoing support to Global Cash Management Executives to develop and deliver custom presentations, project plans, and reporting materials for internal and client use. Support sales teams with specific client requests, security questionnaires, RFPs/RFIs. Engage in client conference calls as needed, providing expertise, addressing inquiries, and ensuring alignment on implementation goals and deliverables. Able to offer information on general banking services, connectivity and formats.Fully understand and comply with all audit, regulatory and compliance directives Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree required in Finance; Accounting or Business Administration. PMP (Project Management Professional) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.Fully bilingual / professional level Spanish and English (written and verbal communication).Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with Cash Management Products such as Payables, Receivables and Liquidity ManagementHands on knowledge of banking platforms such as SWIFT, APIs, Host-to-Host connectivity, and global formats such as XML, CAMT, MT messaging.Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead client implementations and deliver excellent client experiences.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $110,000 to $115,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
