Our state-of-the-art facility stocks over 300 units and aftermarket parts, with plans to double in size by mid-2025.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics/Inside Sales position located in Loxley, AL. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to supply chain management, customer service, and export operations. This includes executing customer order intake forms, order management, order follow-up and troubleshooting. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Technical Support, Distribution, and other business partners as required. Qualifications2-5 years experience in logistics/inside sales role or equivalent, preferably in a manufacturing companyCommunication and customer service skills Analytical skillsExperience in supply chain management and exportStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. Multi-tasking is a plusHS diploma or GED requiredBachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred BenefitsWe offer medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance, Critical Illness, Cancer and Hospital Insurance, Matching 401K up to 6% and a quarterly gain sharing bonus.
