Please ONLY local candidates to Columbia South Carolina. Expected to be able work various shifts within 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CDT timeframe. MUST have 2-3 years of claims processing experience.Work Location: Columbia South CarolinaPay: $22-23/hour W2Responsibilities:Responsible for addressing customer service concerns, inquiries and activitiesAbility to sell the value and retain policyholdersService customers via inbound and outbound calls to assist those that wish to cancel their existing insurance coverage by reviewing products, benefits and/or solving service and claims issuesAssists in the collection of current and past due premiums and may support additional call domains such as Claim Inquiry, Policyholder/Policy administration, billing/payments, or Agent servicing on a as needed basisAbility to service 90% of calls independently, using the tools and resources acquired in training and continued experienceCollects, documents and enters data from and into multiple applicationsProvides instructions and set expectations for policyholdersConsistently meets or exceeds expectations for departmental standards related to quality, average handle time, auxiliary time, after call work and other KPI's
