Office Services AssociateMonday-FridayPay: $22-$248am-5pmKey Responsibilities:Mail and Logistics ManagementHandle, sort, and distribute incoming USPS mail and accountable packages with precision, ensuring all items are logged, tracked, and signed for upon delivery.Conduct routine mail sweeps at scheduled times throughout the day (morning, 4:00 PM, and 5:30 PM), ensuring timely delivery and pick-up.Provide efficient shipping assistance for outbound mail and packages, including packing, rate shopping, and coordination of carrier pickups.Monitor shipments to resolve delays quickly and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.Process daily inbound FedEx pouch mail for all company offices and manage outgoing FedEx shipments, consolidating when possible to maximize efficiency.Collaborate with third-party services (Pro-Legal/Madden) to ensure accurate messenger coordination for deliveries.Keep office supplies stocked and manage inventory, communicating with the Operations Manager when inventory levels are low.Place orders for paper, specialty paper, and tabs, ensuring supply levels are consistently maintained.Refill paper trays for printers and multi-function devices (MFD) during runs as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.Troubleshoot and provide 1st level support for convenience copiers and printers to ensure minimal downtime.Print/Copy ServicesEnsure all print requests are complete with necessary details, including requestor name, chargeback number, and completion deadline.Prioritize jobs based on deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality results.Conduct quality control spot checks throughout production to maintain color accuracy, page integrity, and prevent errors such as skewed or cut-off pages.Perform final visual inspections of all printed materials to guarantee legibility and accuracy before returning them to the requestor.Ensure all completed print jobs are delivered to requestors well before the deadline.Serve as the primary contact for resolving MFD issues, including clearing jams, refilling paper, and replacing toner and fuser.Coordinate with service providers for MFD maintenance and repair needs, ensuring minimal disruption to office workflows.Why You'll Love This Role:This position offers a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer service are key.
