Our client, a major American media company, is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support 2 VP level Executives. This temporary role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless operations and providing top-notch support during the SVPs maternity leave period.Location: Hybrid - Los Angeles, CALength: 6 months (maternity leave coverage)Rate: $40-43/hr (depending on experience)ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportManage complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and resolving conflicts.Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and preparing itineraries.Process and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and documents on behalf of the SVP.Operational CoordinationAct as a liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-ups.Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, compiling materials, and recording action items.Manage and organize sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Provide ad hoc project support as needed, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.Team CollaborationBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.Serve as a key point of contact for the SVPs team, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.Help facilitate team events, offsites, or special projects, coordinating logistics as required.QualificationsMinimum 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a media, entertainment, or technology environment.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.Experience working with senior executives and managing complex schedules is essential.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with content supply chain workflows or enterprise product teams.Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.Positive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
