Additionally, you will assist with light barista functions, ensuring high-quality coffee service as part of the overall hospitality experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest ExperienceDeliver a warm, personalized welcome to all guests, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.Anticipate guest needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations and solutions.Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and follow-up.Monitor guest feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall satisfaction.Operations ManagementOversee check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and accuracy.Assist with reservation systems, meeting room setups, and operational logistics.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in public areas and hospitality spaces.Barista SupportPrepare and serve basic coffee and tea beverages to enhance the guest experience.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, ensuring supplies are stocked.Assist with operating and maintaining coffee equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.Guest RelationsBuild and maintain positive relationships with regular guests, recognizing preferences and providing personalized service.Engage with guests throughout their experience, gathering feedback and proactively addressing concerns.Identify and promote upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of relevant hospitality experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mentality.1 year of experience as a barista is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reservation systems.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
