Position DescriptionManages the supervisor's calendar, schedules meetings, arranges travel, and coordinates national and international meetings.Composes correspondence, collects and provides data, and explains policies.Performs administrative functions, supervises a small team, and analyzes short-term administrative needs.Skills RequiredBasic principles of a technical or professional field.Basic math skills.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency-specific software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to analyze data, maintain confidentiality, and manage relationships.Experience in personnel processing and new employee orientation.Supervisory experience.Experience RequiredTwo years of inventory management experience (capital/non-capital assets, supplies).Ability to:Maintain vehicle logs and fleet documentation.Analyze data for audits and program tagging.Participate in cross-departmental and government initiatives.Recommend and implement program improvements.Conduct vehicle usage training for new hires.Manage vehicle acquisitions, fuel reports, budgeting, and procurement.Oversee AED program (inspections, repairs, ordering).Education RequiredHigh school diploma or GED and three years of responsible clerical and/or administrative experience.
